Vegan Green Smoothie Bowl

3 ripe bananas, divided

1 cups frozen mango

1 cups unsweetened coconut milk

1/4 ripe avocado

2 handfuls of baby spinach

Step 1

Green smoothies have a simple base. Bananas, mango, pineapple, half an avocado, baby spinach, and coconut milk are all you need.

Step 2

Use baby kale or another dairy-free milk instead of spinach. The cream in canned coconut milk thickens your smoothie bowl.

Step 3

Top your green smoothie in bowls.

Step 4

You may add almonds, Paleo granola, cinnamon, or unsalted almond butter to our sliced banana, flax seeds, shredded coconut, and fresh raspberries. A spoonful!
