Broccoli & Cheese Omelet

This low-point breakfast is a fantastic way to use up leftover broccoli. I found Weight Watchers Swiss Cheese, 1 point.

1. 1 egg  2. 2 egg whites  3. 1 tbsp skim milk  4. salt and fresh pepper  5.oil spray  6. 1/2 cup broccoli, cooked  7. 1 slice Swiss cheese, WW reduced       fat 1 pt Swi

In a small bowl beat egg, egg whites, milk, salt and pepper.

Step 1

In a medium non-stick skillet heat on medium, spray the pan lightly with oil.

Step 2

When skillet is warm add the eggs rotating pan to completely cover.

Step 3

Reduce heat to low flame.

Step 4

Lay the cheese down in the center of eggs and top with broccoli.

Step 5

When the eggs are set, flip the sides over to the center to create your omelet.
